Sports Drink and Sports Mix?

I have been doing a lot of biking and am trying Accelerade, it is a carb/protien powder that you add to water good to use before/during and after rides. I will let you know what I think. Anyone esle use sports drinks or powder to give them a little better boost then water. If so what do you use.

whne i played football my coach mixed gatoraide but he mixed it with a lot more water so we would stay hydrated, but we also got the benifit of the sports drink
