Bear Grylls Updated Episodes

How many people here have seen or heard of the new episodes of man vs wild?

I'm not talking about the new series I'm talking about the old episodes re-visited where more information about survival is posted. Not only that Bear is now telling the people at home what his crew and others helped him with and why he didn't do it on his own.

This is a big step forward for Bear in my opinion because he no longer is trying to hide the fact that he does NOT survive on his own and does in fact get help from outsiders.

So.. bear may have been fake and lied in the first season and maybe some of the second but hopefuly from here on out he'll share with us what he gets survival assistance on.

I try to watch the new ones sometimes he pisses me off with his survival techniques and I have to watch them in segments.

i just watched a newer one and he didnt act like a know it all. there were actually people showing him what to do and he ate a goat testi lol then threw it up

Ha, wow.

I caught a part of one where he bit off the live head of a frog!! Then squeezed out the guts and ate the rest... now that is crazy survival tactics!

Help me out here. In the Australian Outback episode, the original, not newly edited, (if I'm not mistaken ), bear catches a large snake at the rivers edge and "saves it for later". Eventually he climbs to a ledge overlooking the river where he kills, cooks and eats the snake.
I just watched the same episode, aparently edited. In this version you see him begin to climb up to the ledge from the river as his voice-over states , and I'm paraphrasing, "only indiginous people are alowed to kill animals in the outback, so this snake will be let go ". You do not see him releasing the snake as one would expect. What gives here? Anyone else notice the same thing?

Maybe he let it go off camera then the crew gave him something from the supermarket
