What kind of knife do you EDC (EVery Day Carry) and why?

I carry a SOG Flash II.

oh yeah its small, holds and edge and also is an spring assist open.

CRKT M16-10KZ. I like the Tanto blade with serration, the auto lock system and the assisted opening. It is small and light enough to stay in my pocket and not feel like a paperweight. The handle offers a good grip when my hands get sweaty.There's nothing like a good knife...except maybe a good dog.
